Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician is responsible for a variety of maintenance and coordination activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of buildings, systems, and large equipment. This position functions as the primary resource regarding maintenance, rental properties, building equipment, systems, and operations. This person ensures that progressive, strategic improvements are being identified and executed to prevent chronic issues from becoming critical events. As Facilities Technician, this role ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of our physical workspaces and is responsible for a variety of tasks related to building systems, equipment, and general facility upkeep.

Executive Assistant

Reporting directly to the Vice President, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Vice President. The Executive Assistant is creative and enjoys working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented. The Executive Assistant has the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. In this role, the Executive Assistant works independently on projects, from conception to completion, and is able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
