Part-Time Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Vice President of Business Affairs and the Business Affairs Manager. This role is integral to ensuring the efficiency and success of the Business Affairs team. The Administrative Assistant thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-oriented, and community-focused. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment while managing multiple priorities. The Administrative Assistant works both independently and collaboratively with the Business Affairs Manager and VP, supporting projects from conception to completion. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and professionalism when handling confidential matters and sensitive business relationships.
