  • Entrants must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to enter the United States.
  • Bethel Music does not assume responsibility for facilitating entry visas.
  • Only one official winner will be chosen.
  • The winner may choose to bring one friend or family member, who can purchase a ticket at a 50% discount. Additional travel expenses for the companion are not covered by Bethel Music.
  • Bethel Music will not provide meals during the BMWS24 event.
  • Participants must possess a valid credit card for incidental room charges.
  • Bethel Music will not be held responsible for any damages to hotel rooms during the event.
  • Existing ticket holders will not receive any credit if they win the giveaway.
  • The winner will be contacted by Bethel Music via text within 24 hours after the giveaway ends and must agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Hotel room will be available from July 18-20, 2024
  • Incoming and outgoing flights will be booked to either: RDD, SFO, SAC airports.
  • Plane tickets cannot exceed $1400 USD anything beyond $1400 USD will be at the expense of the winner. Plane ticket will be booked as a Round Trip.
