- The winner may choose to bring one friend or family member, who can purchase a ticket at a 50% discount. Additional travel expenses for the companion are not covered by Bethel Music.
- Bethel Music will not provide meals during the BMWS24 event.
- Participants must possess a valid credit card for incidental room charges.
- Bethel Music will not be held responsible for any damages to hotel rooms during the event.
- Existing ticket holders will not receive any credit if they win the giveaway.
- The winner will be contacted by Bethel Music via text within 24 hours after the giveaway ends and must agree to the terms and conditions.
- Hotel room will be available from July 18-20, 2024
- Incoming and outgoing flights will be booked to either: RDD, SFO, SAC airports.
- Plane tickets cannot exceed $1400 USD anything beyond $1400 USD will be at the expense of the winner. Plane ticket will be booked as a Round Trip.
