Fulfillment and Inventory Coordinator

The Fulfillment and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for merchandise knowledge, warehouse organization, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service. Working closely with the Commerce team, this position fulfills the needs for resell through online, in store, tours, and events. Ultimately, this position is responsible to ensure that the supply and demand of everyday sales for e-commerce, events, and tours are fulfilled on time and with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the order fulfillment process including selection, packing, shipping, and returns across E-commerce platforms and wholesale orders
- Process the receiving of new product
- Ensure shipping materials/warehouse supplies are regularly stocked and available while keeping a high level of organization
- Provide Shopify customer service
- Perform inventory spot checks
- Assist the coordination of product fulfillment and shipment for Bethel Music events
Requirements:
- Basic e-commerce knowledge and use of sales softwares and platforms including: Shopify, Google Analytics, Inventory Software, Square, and Amazon
- Basic understanding of accounting software
- Understanding of finance for stock management
- Must be able to multi-task and function in fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Forklift certification required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Daily responsibilities include repetitive motions, such as typing, that may involve wrists, hands, or fingers
- Ability to move, transport, and position equipment and inventory on a regular basis up to 50 lbs
