Marketing Manager

Compensation DOE + benefits, full-time 40 hours a week in Redding, CA, non-remote, authorized to work in the US
The Marketing Manager sits on Bethel Music’s Creative Marketing Team and is responsible for executing the digital strategy for the Bethel Music brand and artists on the label's roster. The successful applicant will develop single and album release marketing plans including overseeing artist websites, social networks, and email lists. They will work closely with the Director of Marketing and members of the Creative Team to ensure successful product and music releases. They manage the timeline of all marketing campaigns and oversee the day-to-day of the Marketing Team.
Essential Functions:
  • Develop detailed marketing plans for releases and collaborate with Director of Marketing on long-term term digital strategy.
  • Manage marketing calendar for music releases, maintain campaign timelines, and oversee all marketing elements of new releases.
  • Create detailed marketing reports and communicate key information to all team members.
  • Participate in creative planning to ensure a continuous flow of content surrounding each release.
  • Align with artists and management for campaign updates and communicate goals and plans for each release.
  • Work with the creative team to gather all necessary assets to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Formulate and implement an on-going digital marketing strategy, social media rollouts, and advertising campaigns.
  • Regularly conduct A/B testing and experiment with the latest trends and techniques in email marketing and ensure web properties perform at optimal capacity.
  • Develop and execute creative one-off and “always on” campaigns to collect audience data.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention, open, click through rates and track ROI.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns on multiple digital platforms to grow audiences and drive conversions.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, including social media marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Understanding of the music industry and the inner workings of a label.
  • Experience with PPC, SEO, and SEM, and familiarity with Google Analytics and music industry reporting tools.
  • Expert in best practices of campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of campaigns across all channels (email, web, social).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Graphic Designer - WorshipU

As the Graphic Designer, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager of WorshipU. You are an experienced Designer obsessed with every detail of the craft. You can ideate at a high, strategic, conceptual level, and distill ideas into design, art direction, and content creation. In this role you will be an important part of WorshipU’s next growth cycle. We believe that we have an opportunity to develop new resources for the global worship movement and you will be a forerunner in making this a reality.
Essential Functions:
  • Top 3 outcomes in year 1
    • You will define and design video elements library for song tutorials, teaching sessions and courses
    • You will create systems for design collaboration, presentation and approval
    • You will define the WorshipU brand identity and brand library

    • Concept, iterate, and test ideas in an effort to develop strategic, elegant and simple creative solutions across multiple touch points, from content to digital
    • Establish a new standard for art direction and design execution in WorshipU

Worship U Internship

Part time unpaid internship in Redding, CA

This intern role carries out administrative, and project centered work, which will free the manager’s time from some of those tasks. We are looking for a self motivated and detail oriented intern to join our expanding Worship U team. If you are looking to build your career in ministry, music, education, business or entrepreneurship, then we want to work with you. Your work will include preparing summaries, attending conferences, representing Worship U in a booth, note taking and helping manage a schedule among other tasks.

In addition to being a good communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities as well as a desire to learn and be coachable. The successful candidate will also have proficient knowledge of the G Suite.

Expected Responsibilities::
  • Communicating
