Creative Department Administrator/Project Coordinator

The Creative Admin/Project Coordinator is a blend of administrative responsibilities paired with the support and management assistance of projects, large and small. They oversee administrative and clerical activities, collect, store, organize, and retrieve information and documents, make arrangements for meetings and travel, and handle basic office tasks such as answering general emails, filing, and providing day-to-day office supplies. The Admin/Project Coordinator will also be responsible for receipt and expense management for the department and teams. This role is a helpful and reliable resource with managing projects, deliverables, and workloads, and will work directly with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager.
  • Supporting the Creative & Marketing departments with administrative duties, such as scheduling, meeting and meal coordination, note taking & assigning action items, and internal communication
  • Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, preparing meeting areas and presentation materials, answering basic emails, and data entry
  • Coordinating schedules and managing department calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged and prevent conflicts
  • Assisting the Creative in internal team resources, such as supplies, ordering, group meals, etc.
  • Receipt and expense management for Creative & Marketing Department teams
  • Assisting Creative & Marketing team members with workflow management, such as managing overdue tasks and helping set up the team to cross the finish line when needed

  • Maintain project information & communication, and ensure team members have what they need once a project is in the queue

People Operations Manager

In this role you will have the opportunity to build out and implement projects across the HR stack, and be responsible for shaping, managing, and administering processes, and policies to build a best in class people org. This role will report to the CFO/COO.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Manage a variety of People Operations programs alongside Bethel Church HR throughout the employment lifecycle, including: international immigration, employee mobility, employment policies, employee off-boarding, and other projects as identified
  • Partner with the Executive Team in the delivery of broad-based rewards programs
  • Manage market compensation databases and survey submissions
  • Assist staff and work with Bethel Church payroll team to any payroll issues that may arise
  • Own People Data Analytics, including analyzing hiring, turnover, employee mobility, and rewards data to glean meaningful business insights, as well as compliance reporting
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of people-related trainings, including helping with onboarding

Marketing Director

Reporting to Bethel Music's Creative Director, the Marketing Director oversees all marketing operations, including marketing strategies, campaigns, budget, and goals of the marketing department. The Marketing Director helps to drive internal goals, and build brand awareness, while measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods.
  • Provide leadership to the marketing department
  • Provide guidance to the marketing team to develop strategies and tactics to network our company and drive qualified traffic to business
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with and assess a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis to consistently improve marketing effectiveness
  • Provide guidance in the development of content for our marketing strategies for websites, social platforms, events, PR, ads, and email that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Oversee the team’s execution of all scheduled content/campaigns/etc.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
